(b) The relationship between the interpretation of contracts and other legal instruments
(c) Evidence that is admissible and evidence that is inadmissible in the interpretation of contracts.
(d) Analysing the various terms that constitute a contract.
(e) Rectification
(f) Presumptions and rules of interpretation
